enrichment and the revealing of the essential strengths as humans we
already have. One of the most important is elevated spirit.
It gives the energy and connection and clarity to live each day and face
all challenges with joy and purpose. Allowing the flow of spirit & joy
is essential for our fulfillment
In these classes we will work on this
important synergy with Kundalini Yoga kriyas, breath, meditation and
chanting to help develop and relax ourselves. There will be a deep
relaxation at the end of each class.

classes will focus on learning how to open our own flows of
relaxation, inner depth and inner contentment. It is a natural
function of mind and body and spirit to reflect who we really are
and help us to realize our dreams and potential. We will do
this through exercises, kriyas and using meditation, mantra, breath
and healing sound current. Each session ends with a deep
relaxation.

This is a wonderful morning class for new
students as well as more experienced ones that will consist of easy to moderate
beginning Kundalini Yoga. There will be an emphasis on the basics as
well as exploration of deeper teachings on breath, posture and
exercise sets that bring
mental and physical well being. A fun way to get a healthy,
refreshed start to the weekend. Each session ends with a deep relaxation
